Job Description
Paramount DaySpa Salon Boutique is seeking a passionate and professional Registered Massage Therapist to join our established and supportive team. Massage therapy has always been a high-demand service at Paramount. Our clientele primarily seek therapeutic massage, including injury management, chronic muscular concerns, and stress relief, while also enjoying relaxation-focused treatments. We welcome therapists with additional training or specialized modalities and are happy to support the integration of those services into your practice.
With our steady demand and supportive leadership, building and maintaining a loyal clientele comes naturally. We work closely with our therapists to ensure a busy, balanced, and successful schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to each guest’s individual needs
• Perform therapeutic, relaxation, and injury-management massage treatments within scope of practice
• Conduct client consultations, assess health history, and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely client treatment notes and documentation
• Educate clients on treatment plans, home care, and preventative wellness practices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room at all times
• Assist with housekeeping tasks such as laundry and basic cleaning
• Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols
• Work collaboratively with the spa and salon team to provide an exceptional guest experience
• Support a positive and respectful team environment
• Maintain professional communication with clients and team members
• Stay current with industry standards and continuing education
• Uphold the values, standards, and reputation of Paramount DaySpa Salon Boutique
• Be open to learning and offering additional modalities or specialty treatments
