Responsibilities
Instructor Role:
- Deliver engaging lessons using provided materials, and create quizzes, exams, and evaluations to track student progress.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and guidance in various RMT techniques and practices.
- Lead online and in-person classes, promoting discussions and organizing course materials.
- Ensure students thrive in a supportive yet challenging learning environment, preparing them to become highly competent, professional massage therapists.
Clinical Supervisor Role:
- Guide students in performing assessments, including range of motion (ROM) tests, gait and postural analysis, and special testing.
- Oversee students’ massage therapy treatments, offering feedback and support before, during, and after sessions.
- Review and grade student SOAP notes, manage evaluations, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist with clinic operations, including client greetings, appointment scheduling, phone support, payments, and maintaining clinical files.
